Day 2 (sadly the last day) of the Prime Advantage Spring Conference proved to be just as successful as Day 1. We had additional one-on-one meetings with the members. This is always a part that we enjoy- learning about business needs of the customers and how Davies can help.
In addition to the meetings, there were sessions with keynote speakers. The focus was on team and leadership development. One keynote speaker was a former Disney employee. They spoke about key factors in representing your brand and how to provide excellent customer service.
The networking event Prime Advantage planned was a blast! Everyone was given different colored bandannas to divide up into teams. The teams worked together to do various physical and mental challenges, which included: soccer dribbling, word puzzles, Frisbee throwing and others. This made for some friendly competition that we enjoyed.
As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Another Prime Advantage conference is in the books and we're already looking forward to the Fall 2016 Prime Advantage Conference!
