We have been in the process of making state of the art lighting improvements in our plant. We removed the halogen lighting throughout and have been replacing it with LED lighting. It's much brighter and moves us closer to our goal of being a "Smart" production facility.
Advantages of our new LED lights:
- Reduce energy consumption 56%
- Reduce annual energy costs and maintenance
- Increased lamp life from 20,000 to 60,000 hours
- Meet special lighting requirements from customers
The project is just about finished and we couldn't be happier with our brighter, more efficient lighting. We have seen the light!
