We would like you to meet another Davies employee that has worked here for a long time. This person doesn't quite have 47 years, like Barb, but still has an impressive tenor here. Janice has been with Davies Molding for 31 years. She likes to say she started when child labor was acceptable!
Janice started with Davies in the accounting department. She took care of the accounts payable and receivables. She moved into human resources in the 90's. Janice is currently our HR/Payroll Manager. During her time here, she has survived 8 company presidents and 8 controllers.
Janice was born in Detriot, but raised in Chicago. In her free time, she volunteers at a local bird shelter in Villa Park, IL. The shelter takes unwanted birds and finds them new homes. Janice has adopted 4 feather bird babies of her own and has 2 dogs. She enjoys traveling and spending time outside with nature.
