It's that time once again to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. It's also time to reflect on the past year and recognize the hard work and dedication of our employees.
Davies Molding just had our annual holiday luncheon. The food was excellent and we shared memories of the past year. We aso had retirees from 2014 come back and join our celebration.
As in the past, we honored those that have reached a milestone in years of service. This year, we had seven milestone anniversaries with the company. It is so wonderful to have individuals that have so much knowledge and dedication to our company.
10 years- Derran
15 years- Jorge, Jason, Agustin, Savo
20 years- Lanh
35 years- Julio
For the first time, we gave out MVP awards. The award was given to one person in each department and was voted on by the employees in that department. It was for the person that helped others out, was a leader in the department, a great team player and was dedicated to customer service.

We also did the first annual Davies Molding raffle. This was such a huge hit and generated a lot of buzz that we are already planning for next year. Five TVs were raffled off. A raffle was done for each department. Everyone in the company had their name put in once and additional entries could be earned by going above and beyond and for being an exceptional Davies employee.
